Flowers at Marion Lake — Hand-Embellished Canvas Reproduction

Available sizes — choose one above:

What you receive: a gallery-wrapped canvas, hand-embellished and signed by the artist, with black-painted sides. It needs no frame and no hanging hardware: the wooden frame on the back hangs on a single nail and sits flush against the wall. A sawtooth hanger or wire is easy to add if you prefer. The photo shows the original painting. Each canvas is embellished by hand, so the brushwork on yours will differ.

Here is a bouquet from the local florist, set in a glass vase inside a friend’s cottage on Marion Lake near Charlevoix, Michigan, a small inland lake where loons nest. The cottage once stood in Charlevoix before it was moved out to the lake. Orange, pink, white and yellow blooms crowd beneath violet spires, two blue-and-white lidded jars sit on the tray, and the butter-yellow walls flicker with thick peach dashes. Reproduced from the original oil painting by Roman.
