At Roman the Painter, we take great pride in the quality of our original paintings and prints. We want every collector to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition and packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange as needed.
Damaged Frames & Replacements
- If the frame arrives damaged but the painting itself is in good condition, we can provide a replacement frame (as long as the same style and size are still available).
- Please contact us with clear photos of the damage so we can arrange a frame replacement.
Exchanges & Store Credit
- If you'd prefer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund, let us know, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at info@romanthepainter.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and photos of any damage (if applicable).
- We will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for shipping.
Additional Notes
- Custom or commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
- Refunds will be issued once the artwork is received and inspected.
