Here is Thorncrown Chapel, one of the most iconic buildings in the Ozark Mountains, painted in its spring colors. Its tall lattice of crossed timbers and glass rises among fresh green trees, with wooden double doors waiting at the end of a flagstone path. White and yellow daffodils crowd the foreground, and a yellow sun spins in a blue sky laid on in thick, swirling strokes. Reproduced from the original oil painting by Roman.
