Coffee with a Moose — Hand-Embellished Canvas Reproduction

Available sizes — choose one above:

What you receive: a gallery-wrapped canvas, hand-embellished and signed by the artist, with black-painted sides. It needs no frame and no hanging hardware: the wooden frame on the back hangs on a single nail and sits flush against the wall. A sawtooth hanger or wire is easy to add if you prefer. The photo shows the original painting. Each canvas is embellished by hand, so the brushwork on yours will differ.

Here is one of a new series of dogs and animals sharing coffee or drinks, each with a nod to Van Gogh. A moose in a red-and-black plaid shirt, the kind Roman grew up with in the Northwoods, wraps his hooves around a steaming blue cup on a yellow table. Behind him a starry sky swirls in thick, rhythmic strokes over blue hills and a village with lit windows. Reproduced from the original oil painting by Roman.
