Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting original art. Every painting and print from Roman The Painter is crafted with care, and I want you to be completely confident in your purchase.

Original Paintings

All sales of original paintings are final. Each piece is one of a kind, and I stand behind the quality of every painting that leaves the studio. If your painting arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. I will work with you to find the best resolution, whether that means repair, replacement, or a full refund.

Archival Paper Prints

All sales of prints are final. Every print is produced in-house on museum-quality archival paper using a Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 with archival pigment inks. If your print arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage, and I will send a replacement at no charge.

Commissions

All commissioned work is non-refundable. Commissions involve close collaboration between artist and client throughout the process, and all sales are final once the commission is agreed upon.

Shipping Damage

I take great care in packaging every piece for safe transit. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged:

  • Contact me within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photographs of the packaging and the damage
  • Do not discard the packaging — it may be needed for a shipping claim

I will respond promptly and make it right.
